Ctrl + TIf you are looking to donate I would suggest the earlier the better! The donation zones are amazing for Skilling/PvM and a few items can be used to boost you early game such as the Blessing of Luck and the Sigil of Wealth.
Ctrl + T::claimtrophy + leave in the bankThe first thing you should do on any rogue is 20 achievements! This will unlock an extra 5% xp and will give you a good boost in the early game. They can be found in the Quest tab (blue star icon) and then the green diamond section.

::outlast to teleport)
::vote which can be done every 12 hours! Make sure to type ::voted after to claim
::afk relatively fast, can stay for tier 3 of these also
::rules
Due to the hugely reduced xp rates I would suggest starting out with combat, aiming to get T5 Scimitars. The goal is to murder as many low level npcs for 'Beginner Upgrade Tokens', these are dropped by almost every npc, but the higher Kills per hour, the greater number of tokens you can obtain.
You can choose to upgrade any scimitar from Iron - Dragon, personally I would only upgrade rune + dragon.
Continue training until you're around 50 str and 60 attack, defence does not matter at the moment until you are going for defenders.
Head to revenants via ::revs, BRING A GLORY TO TELEPORT AT 30 WILDERNESS
Now you can decide what path you will be taking:
As it stands the next best melee weapon after a T5 D scim is a Whip, then a Whip Tentacle.
